As part of the growth of our activities in North America, we are seeking a Channel Manager to support the development and management of our distributor network. This role directly contributes to brand growth by supporting distributor partners in developing their markets, while ensuring consistent representation of the brand and our products. This is an intermediate-level role that combines market development, relationship management, and coordination with internal teams.

The Role: The Channel Manager works closely with the sales team to support the performance and growth of the distributor network in the North American market. The person in this position acts as a point of contact for certain distributor partners and contributes to the development of new accounts in assigned territories.

Responsibilities:

Distributor Management and Support

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors
  • Ensure regular follow-up on business opportunities and projects
  • Support partners in developing their territories
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets in assigned markets

Market Development

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing distributors
  • Participate in developing new partners when required
  • Contribute to expanding the brand’s presence in the market

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams
  • Ensure effective follow-up on projects and opportunities
  • Support distributors with the necessary tools and resources

Brand Representation

  • Ensure the brand is represented according to established standards
  • Participate in trade shows, events, and client meetings when required
  • Help strengthen the brand’s presence in the industry

Profile Sought

We are looking for someone who is focused on market development and collaboration.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has experience in sales development, account management, or distributor management
  • Is comfortable in a B2B commercial environment
  • Understands distribution network dynamics
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
  • Proficiency in additional languages would be an asset
  • Is structured, autonomous, and results-oriented
  • Experience in the sports, fitness, or a related industry is considered an asset.
