The Role: The Brand Manager is both the guardian and the strategist of the brand. Their mandate is to strengthen our positioning within the sports and fitness industry, align our communications with the quality and performance of our products, and structure a coherent, ambitious, and sustainable brand platform. This is a strategic role with a real impact on the company’s growth trajectory, carried out in a collaborative environment where teamwork is central.

Responsibilities

Defining and Strengthening Brand Positioning

  • Clarify and formalize the brand platform
  • Translate our expertise, innovation, and standards of excellence into a strong and confident positioning
  • Reinforce our credibility within the sports and fitness ecosystem

Alignment and Elevation of Communications 

  • Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints
  • Deploy strong, authentic storytelling aligned with our heritage
  • Elevate the visual and strategic quality of communications across all markets

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams
  • Support the network and partners with aligned strategic tools
  • Foster a culture of collaboration where the brand becomes a shared lever
  • Act as the link between strategic vision and operational execution

Direct Contribution to Growth

  • Develop structured marketing tools to support sales
  • Organize high-impact product launches
  • Build scalable and reusable brand assets

Leadership and Structuring

  • Establish clear and lasting standards
  • Lead and develop the marketing team
  • Position the brand as a central strategic asset of the organization

The profile we are looking for

Ideally, the candidate is already familiar with our brand and our industry. They understand the codes, standards, and expectations. We are looking for someone strategic, structured, collaborative, and capable of demonstrating clear leadership. We are seeking a brand leader with significant experience in brand management or strategic marketing.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has hands-on experience in sports, fitness, or a related industry
  • Understands the market dynamics specific to this environment
  • Has strong expertise in brand positioning within a specialized industry
  • Has already contributed to structuring or evolving a growing brand
  • Is recognized for their ability to mobilize and work collaboratively with teams
  • Has a strong sensitivity to product, quality, and performance
